The USCPF Logistics & Support Branch is a joint-service branch of supply, combat support, operations and maintenance divisions between the US Army, Marines, Navy and Air Force.

Founded in the year 2033 shortly after the creation of the USCPF. With a lack of manpower to have dedicated logistics battalions, the USCPF formed LSB as a central branch dedicated to keeping track of the USCPF's supplies in an efficient manner. The branch was originally staffed by pre-flash US military personnel from logistics divisions as well as any combat support services.

Within the next 15 years of its formation, LSB underwent many significant changes.

By the year 2046, LSB was the branch of the USCPF that coordinated all matters related to logistics, maintenance, engineering, operations and aviation.

Then, in the early 2060s, LSB personnel begun operations to retrieve, restore and rearm any and all salvageable or repairable pre-flash United States naval vessels as well as to reclaim former US Navy bases such as NS Norfolk, NS Mayport and NS Jacksonville.

These operations will proved to be very successful and in the year 2071, the United States Navy was reborn and partially integrated into LSB's command structure in expeditionary groups and fleets with many US Navy personnel also being a part of LSB. This integration would allow ships from the US Navy operating near the coast to share and pool resources and supplies from LSB on the ground.

The navy is the first service branch of the new United States Military to be integrated into the USCPF. It is also one of the largest, being only beaten out by the US Army, with almost every expeditionary group under the US Navy's fleet of ships to be integrated to LSB. As the Marine Corps begun to reintegrate itself into the USCPF's command structure, so it LSB also lend a hand in providing the marines with logistics. Though, the marines remain relatively separate from LSB's central integration due to it being mostly expeditionary in nature, only ever stepping in to provide air support and aviation assets when they were required. And to that extent, when the United States Air Force was once again reformed shortly after the Atlanta Crisis, similar to the Navy, the air force played a hand in integrating itself partially to LSB, particularly in the area of maintenance and ordnance. Most members of the air force remain partially rooted to LSB, including UR-22 pilots that mostly handled transport. On the other hand, pilots that piloted combat aircraft like fighters and bombers remained solely under the United States Air Force's command and not LSB.

After the Atlanta Crisis in 2096, the USCPF had a drastic shift in policies and structure. The once peacekeeping force was quickly converted into one structured and built for waging war. Building on the principles of the pre-flash US military, with the help of LSB, the US was quick to enforce its dominance and superiority over the skies with the reformation of the US Air force. Troops once used for peacekeeping and ground based operations were also quickly restructured into the US Army, with the integration of tanks, artillery and mechanised elements into military units. To that extent, in order to ensure a centralised and efficient system of the management of all assets other than the general infantry, all operations, combat support and combat service support formations were integrated into the LSB. Encompassing 20 different individual formations: Military Police, Combat Service Support, Signals, Military Intelligence, Armour, Artillery, Transport and Logistics, Army Aviation, Psychological Operations. Civil Affairs, Engineering, Cavalry, Air Defense, Army Acquisitions Command, Materiel/Ordnance, Medical Command, Army Operations, Army Intelligence & Security Command, Installation Management

All of these individual divisions come together to form the army support corps of LSB in order to push the main body of infantry forward.

Within the corps, the formations are respectively categorised as either "Logistics" or "Support".

Individual platoons, companies and battalions are then plucked out of each division and put together to form a joint Logistics & Support platoon, company, battalion, regiment, or division.

Along the border, a Logistics & Support Battalion composed of a single artillery battery, along with singular platoons or sections from Armour, Combat Service Support, Transport & Logistics, Installation Management, Engineering, Army Intelligence & Security, Military Intelligence, Materiel and Ordnance, medical command and Army Operations Command.
Along with the crew of the USS Winfall: a US Navy Corvette, and its supporting complement of LSB operations and maintenance troops from the US Navy.

All of these men come together to form the support garrison at Fort Shad.

An even larger force of supporting troops are also being secretly assembled amongst the US counterattack force a few miles from the frontlines in Georgia.

LSB is also present on the western front, and like the rest of the US troops in the west, remains neutral with both the CDF and the MEB.
